By accessing and using Authority Skins ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Authority Skins is a design and prototyping tool that allows users to create social media mockups, ad creatives, and visual assets for marketing and educational purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content currently and historically generated using your account.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

4.1 Mockup & Educational Use Only. The assets generated by this Service are intended for use as mockups, prototypes, educational materials, satire, or marketing creatives (e.g., ad visuals).

4.2 Prohibition on Deception. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

Create content intended to defraud, deceive, or mislead others.
Impersonate any person or entity without their express consent.
Fabricate evidence for legal or official proceedings.
Violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform.

Authority Skins accepts no liability for misuse of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you generate. Authority Skins claims no ownership over your exported assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Authority Skins be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
